Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy To ensure the best experience for all students, please review the following policies before booking your session. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Spaces are limited — booking early is recommended to secure your preferred time slot. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within their validity period (usually 3 months from the purchase date). If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. Waitlist If your preferred time is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. You’ll be notified automatically if a slot becomes available. Pricing Plans Pay-As-You-Go: Book individual sessions as needed, subject to availability and within validity period. Multi-Session Packages: Secure your preferred schedule and enjoy discounted rates by purchasing a set number of lessons in advance. Package bookings ensure continuity and progress in your vocal development journey.
